CNE Marching Band
I apologize for the earlier attachment. I forgot to convert the file. Here's an updated itinerary. All meals are included up to $5.00 at most stops, except those noted. If they spend more than $5.00, they will have to pay the rest. We should be back earlier than post, maybe 11:45. Anyone parking at the school over the weekend must park at the middle school recess lot, due to the transportation rodeo.

Friday, May 2
6:15 a.m. Load Motorcoach.
6:30 a.m. Depart CNE High School, 5327 Hutchinson Rd, Batavia, OH.
An included lunch stop and rest stops will be made en-route. Each person will receive $5.00 cash to be used for lunch.
4:15 p.m. Approximate arrival at Quarles Elementary School in Winchester, VA for the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival.
5:30 p.m. Must be lined up for the parade.
7:00 p.m. At the parade's conclusion, each person will receive $10.00 cash to be used for dinner.
8:00 p.m. Depart for Williamsburg, VA. A rest stop will be made en-route.
12:00 a.m. Approximate arrival at the Quality Inn at Kingsmill for a two-night stay. Security will be on duty from 12:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m.

Saturday, May 3
A continental breakfast is included at the hotel from 7:00 - 10:00 a.m.
10:00 a.m. Depart for Busch Gardens. With dozens of thrilling rides and attractions, ten main stage shows, a wide variety of authentic foods and shops, and a magical children's area, Busch Gardens Williamsburg is the ticket to a world-class adventure. A voucher has been included for lunch and dinner.
7:30 p.m. Depart for the hotel. Time has been allowed at the hotel pool. The pool is open until 10:00 p.m.
Security is on duty from 11:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Sunday, May 4
A continental breakfast is served from 7:00-8:30 a.m.
8:30 a.m. Depart the hotel for Colonial Williamsburg.
8:45 a.m. Arrive at Colonial Williamsburg's Group Arrivals Building to meet your historical interpreter.
9:00 a.m. Enjoy your three-hour tour of Colonial Williamsburg and the Governor's Palace.
12:30 p.m. Depart for home. A lunch stop, dinner stop, and rest stops will be included en-route.
1:30 a.m. Approximate return to CNE High School.
